They showed up EXACTLY when they promised, fixed the issue, and even threw in some preventative measures to save us future hassle/expense. Being a commercial property, this could’ve been a real pain for us. Instead, they handled it quickly & efficiently, never once being underfoot.

We had a leak under our townhouse, and Frank’s figured out where it was, rerouted around it, hired an electrician and installed a new on-demand water heater, all in one week. Reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Couldn't be more pleased with our service today. My wife and I arrived home today to find out main line all backed up. When we called Frank's the phone was answered by Sandy who was completely helpful and curious. She knew we needed assistance fast and had two guys to us within a half hour. The two guys came and were polite and very professional. Within an half hour they had us back up and running and the problem was fixed. They cleaned up after themselves and left the house better than it was found. They went around to all the bathrooms and sinks and made sure everything was working correctly. We highly recommend Frank's for any plumbing needs and will use them again in the future.

Great overall experience with Frank’s! The woman on the phone was super pleasant, scheduled us for just a couple days later (when some contractors in KW have been giving lead times in multiple weeks). Bill called ahead to let us know he was en route, was right on time, very friendly, got right down to installing the new kitchen faucet we had purchased, answered all my questions (some relevant, some not 😊), and even took away the old faucet for us. Charge was totally reasonable for the service and amount of time. Thank you guys!

They showed up early and had everything fixed quickly! The fix was faster and cheaper than expected, and Frank explained our options in the future when we decide to replace the water heater. Great service, and I appreciated them wearing masks as well. We'll definitely use Frank's again.
